bruchsteinart.com provides you with the option of receiving your photos at home. You will be notified of the delivery date when you choose the format.

Delivery within 14 days
Bruchstienart photo’s are delivered in secure packaging that is designed to protect works of art. The amount charged depends on the format of the photograph. The delivery period is 14 days from receipt of order.

EXCHANGE AND/ or RETURN

To do so, please contact our customer services who will outline the procedure. Please take care to check that the photographs are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Once we have received your return, you have the following choices:
– To choose a new photograph of an equivalent value
– To receive a Bruchstein art gift cheque for the equivalent amount
– To be reimbursed for your order

For all card payments (Visa, Mastercard) the banking transaction is carried out by PayPal , a leader in payment system. Your bank details are encrypted (SSL technology). They do not circulate over the internet and cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiry date…) are under no circumstances communicated to Bruchstein Art.
